What actually changes when I upgrade?
Your account moves to a different hotel-search tier — same 8-million-property inventory, priced lower. On Business and Enterprise you can also invite your team to share it.
Can my team use the plan?
Yes. Business includes 5 seats and Enterprise 10, and you are the owner. Invite colleagues by email from Manage team on this page: each person gets the plan's hotel rates on their own login. You can add extra seats and remove people at any time. Billing stays with you.
Do I still earn carbon offsets on every stay?
Yes — carbon offsetting applies to every booking on every plan, including Starter. Upgrading only changes what you pay, not your climate impact.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from this page whenever you like — you keep your plan's benefits until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. If you have a team, their access ends at the same time.
